      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/61235"&gt;@GerryKelk&lt;/a&gt;, are you able to go into the account and check status?&amp;nbsp; The other problem might be a stuck port as already suggested.&amp;nbsp; If you submitted a port as part of activation and something goes wrong with the port, you might not have a number to work with.&amp;nbsp; So plan features requiring the phone number won't work.&amp;nbsp; That said, does data work?&amp;nbsp; That is not affected by a number port.&amp;nbsp; It will work as long as the account has been properly activated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
