      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I set up a Public Mobile account for a friend of mine and we forgot the password to login. The account has recently expired due to no payment and the "Forgot Password" button has failed to generate a password reset email in the associated&amp;nbsp;email account.
