      <description>I used my credit card and saved it to my plan for auto pay so it's saved on my account. I went to go purchase an add on and it won't accept it saying it's not valid. I'm worried that it will do this when auto pay comes up as well as not being able to buy the add on help</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try it in private/incognito browsing mode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FYI, buying add-on is 2 step process. First time when you buy an add-on, it&amp;nbsp;will add funds to your available&amp;nbsp;balance and 2nd time it will actually use the available funds to add the add-on to your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>check your credit card details like expiry date and Cvc number on back of card and try on different browser as you mentioned you tried on on phone if you want to try on phone again click on request desktop mode or desktop version page this way you will get desktop page on smartphone too&lt;BR /&gt;Let's us know are you on android or iOS</description>
