    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/60667"&gt;@Hypengyophobia&lt;/a&gt;, can you check to make sure the add-on was purchased.&amp;nbsp; Look at the payment history.&amp;nbsp; It would show there.&amp;nbsp; If the add-on was purchased and not used, the remaining data would show in the overview page.&amp;nbsp; In the event that the second step in the add-on purchase was not completed, the top up would have gone towards the renewal.&amp;nbsp; This would become apparent by looking at the payment history.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It didn't activate on my account and I was unable to use data until the billing cycle reset. Is there a way to seek a credit for this purchase or a way to activate it this month instead?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Put funds into your Available Funds and then purchase the add-on. Once you see it in your Overview page then restart the phone. The add-on will stay there until consumed. Think of it now as your extra if you do go over again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
