      <title>Wont let me Change Plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well i have seen a couple threads on this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Basically i had a plan and it had ended back on the 21.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the 22nd i went to get a voucher but i was planning on switching from the&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;45$ plan to the 25$ plan because&amp;nbsp; I dont need the data and only the talk and text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I entered the voucher and clicked change plan but it only credited my voucher for the old plan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and didnt switch over to the new one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted mods the same day and itll be 48hrs in about one hour from contacting them with no reply. anyone have any thoughts on what to do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Because your plan is expired, all you can do in selfserve is renew the same plan that you had before.&amp;nbsp; If you want to change plans, only the Moderator Team can do that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
