    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a 90 day phone plan that includes province wide calling.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My plan renewed yesterday but now I am no longer able to call my landline (a local, in province call). I am getting a notification that I have not paid for that service. I have checked my account to confirm that I have indeed paid for the appropriate service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9255"&gt;@acmefawkes&lt;/a&gt;, sorry to hear that you are having issues.&amp;nbsp; Is it just calling that is not working, do you have data and texting capabilities?&amp;nbsp; For this I think you will need to be in contact with a mod.&amp;nbsp; I will tag &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9663"&gt;@Shazia_K&lt;/a&gt;, (I see it is actually Mary here right now but she will still get it) but you should send her a private message with your Phone number and SIM card number and explain your issue.&amp;nbsp; To private message her click on her name then on the right side of the page is a Send Message button.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
