      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ported my number from PC mobile &amp;nbsp;several days ago. All I can do is make phone calls out. Phone calls in and texts don't seem to work. &amp;nbsp;I've left three private messages for moderators and it's been several days. &amp;nbsp;How can I get a prompt response from a&amp;nbsp;moderator? &amp;nbsp;I don't think it's fair to wait so long for a response or to have to pay for a service that isn't working properly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/60121"&gt;@annaberl&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, the moderators have been busy. &amp;nbsp;Wait times are about 72+ hours for some request this last week. &amp;nbsp;No other way to speed up request. &amp;nbsp;Moderators do work weekends and hopefully, you will get response today. &amp;nbsp;Can you still use your PC Sim/Service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
