Transferred a number from PC mobile, incoming call goes to voicemail directly

Hi,

Transferred a number from PC mobile few minutes ago, I can make outgoing calls, but incoming call goes to voicemail directly. I can't receive and send text message. Please help, thanks a lot.

Wait for couple hours for the port to finish.

It happened to me last week. After the wait, incoming call works.

Be patient. It looks like that your line is in the process of being ported over. It can take up to 1-2 hours for the port to be completed.

This happened to me too. Just have to wait and I also reset my phone and that worked too.

If you can make outgoing calls, but incoming call goes to voicemail directly, restart your phone if you have not done so.

I restarted my phone and reset network settings. But doesn't work.

@andyguan: Good to hear things are fine now.

@For your future reference, in the upper right corner of your screen you'll see a little envelope icon. Clicking on that takes you to the private messaging area. It's kinda like a mini email/webmail deal. Then you use the @ sign username to send to someone. For the moderators it's "@moderator_team" (not in quotes).

Hi, I'm having the same problem, just joined public mobile and incoming calls are going directly into voicemail and I'm not able to text message from one particular friend using android. I'm on iPhone 7.

Could you please share your solution so I can give it a try, thank you.

Also, I tried putting @CS_Agent through private message in the 'Send to' box, and it did not match anything. Do I need a user name in front of of it?
