I have waited 2 weeks to get my sim card for my phone and still no show, can I call or talk to someone? Thanks

PM has no call center you have to open a ticket as all support is online.

In the interim consider stopping at a Walmart or if you have a London drugs in your area and pick one up.

It has taken up to 3 weeks for delivery.

There have been delays by Canada Post and it is usually taking two to three weeks.

You could try ordering from Canadian Cell supplies. They are currently selling PM sim cards for $9.99 but usually they have sales.

I don't think Canada Post is the issue. It is whoever processes the order and puts it in the mail.

Any mail for me back and forth from BC/Ontario is 5 days or less.

Canadian Cellular is very quick. And @Terch if you get on it right now you can take 60% off!!
