      <title>Invalid SIM when activating</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a new SIM card today. &amp;nbsp;The SIM is to be used in a GPS tracker, not a phone. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The tracker doesn't seem to be picking anything up, so I don't think they activated the SIM at the store. &amp;nbsp;When I try to activate it online, I get an "invalid SIM" error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried different browsers, and clearing the history/cache. &amp;nbsp;Nothing seems to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What make / model is your GPS device? Could it be a hardware issue? Can you set Apn setting on the gps? That is probably the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; As mentioned best think is to try it in another phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
