Changing Credit Cards for Autopay

Hey PM fam....

Just cancelled the card that I have in PM for autopay... I tried to change the Credit Card that I have listed in autopay, but I couldn't find a spot to do so.

I then tried by removing autopay and figured I could start again and use the new CC. when I clicked sign up for autopay it automatically used the same card I had before.

Any ideas or is this a MOD issue? Maybe @Mary_M is going to have to be my saviour again!

If anyone else has changed successfully I would like to hear how!

Hi,

On the payment page where you see One Time Payment and Manage AutoPay option, below there is the Manage My card link in small letters that will allow you to change your current cc to new one.

Are you using software that remembers passwords and credit card info for sites you go too? They could be auto filling the information.

@Jrat59, make sure you add back a credit card and not disqualify yourself from the auto pay reward.

Got it! Definitely didn't see the manage cards a page before being in autopay.
