      <title>Resetting my password</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I forgot my password for my account and when I followed the instructions to reset it I didn't receive an email from public. It has been 20 minutes. &amp;nbsp;Very frustrating. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please don't harm the messenger.&amp;nbsp; According to the knowledge base article, the recommendation is to contact the moderator team if the password reset email is not received after 6 hours.&amp;nbsp; This lag time is extremely long, but this is what the knowledge base says to do.&amp;nbsp; Most sites send a time sensitive email that expires after an hour or two.&amp;nbsp; I hope the password reset link time out is much longer than 6 hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Community-and-Self-Serve-Accounts/ta-p/251473" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Community-and-Self-Serve-Accounts/ta-p/251473&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
