      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue, cannot process anything, tried different visas and different computers, also the one thats on file with public mobile isnt going thru.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no issue with card i called visa about it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
