There is no difference in terms of location.       <description>&lt;P&gt;What's with this need for speed with everyone? &amp;nbsp;Apart from actually doing a speed test and wasting data, can anyone really tell in normal usage what speeds they are getting? &amp;nbsp;In the roughly 4 months I have personally not encountered speeds that would knock anyone's socks off. &amp;nbsp;In fact where I am located this week, Rogers hspa+ beats Bell LTE on speed. &amp;nbsp;Yet, I can't complain at all about the serve as it just works. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It's always about speed I think that's why people's paying premium money for better speed that's why I moved from freedom to pm all because of lte and better voice and data quality</description>

      <description>My LTE speed at South Surrey, south east area of Metro Vancouver is around 50M.&lt;BR /&gt;It is about same speed as Telus I used before for long time.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
