      <description>&lt;P&gt;switching 2 phones over to Public... ordered 2 new SIM cards on sept 6th. Public has taken payment but no SIM cards have arrived. i've left 2 private messages to the team moderator 3 days ago and no one has responded. we're not really off to a great start here. it's really frustrating not being able to talk to anyone and not having anyone respond. would love some assistance from Public. hello?!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;At this point, you just have to wait for the Moderator Team to respond to your messages.&amp;nbsp; Only they can issue a refund for the missing SIMs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
