Getting a moderator to answer a message?

Is there a trick to get a moderator to answer your questions? I sent a message a few weeks ago. The moderator asked me to verify my account which I did. I haven’t heard back since. I’ve sent a few follow up emails as the issue hasn’t been resolved and haven’t receive a response to any of my messages.

The trick is to provide all necessary information in one private message so that moderator do not have to ask you more information. There will be up to 48 hours delay for each additional privation message.

This is unreasonable if you sent a message received a message and note haven't heard back on your latest reply for 2 weeks
