Refer a Friend Reward Number Appears But 0 Value

As you can see here, user is getting $0 from Refer-a-Friend:

In the details view, the value is still $0 even though a phone number sits at the crossed-out section:

Is this an expected behaviour? The phone number is indeed the correct number (my mum's), but it doesn't accumulate any value. Please advise.

if you are still not seeing the reward b next week mesasge a Mod.

How do I find which mod to PM? Or just any is fine?

send your phone number and the referral number that is not showing up.

You should send them a private message with your account phone number and the phone numbers of anyone you referred. It doesn't matter which mod you contact as the message goes into a pool that all of them can see and respond to.
