      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/59588"&gt;@tsoetanto&lt;/a&gt;, First off, you should remove your personal info from your post, as this is a public forum.&amp;nbsp; Your account seems to show that you have money in your account, but it wasn't used to actually activate a plan.&amp;nbsp; Unless there is an option to use the funds to activate your plan, you will need to contact the moderator team, so that they can do it for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/The-Public-Mobile-Moderator-Team/ta-p/251759" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to send the moderator team a private message.
