I set up a PIN for my new SIM card, but when I rebooted my phone it would not accept the new PIN I created.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm stuck and I don't know what to do next.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone is not working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

AFAIK, the phone does not require a "PIN" code for the sim to work. May be it's a PUK code you are referring to?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/59210"&gt;@lcam77&lt;/a&gt;, If you set a PIN number on the SIM, you will have several tries to figure it out.&amp;nbsp; After that, you will need a PUK code, that you can obtain from the moderators.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/The-Public-Mobile-Moderator-Team/ta-p/251759" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to send the moderator team a private message.
