How to tell when your account plan will reset it's usage

I currently pay for a plan that Auto renews after 3 months. April 2018 one bill was paied, July 6th 2018 the next one was paied and now it says October 3rd 2018 the next one will be paied.

Is there any reason why it seems to float around days instead of sticking to one specific day. The only reason I care is I'd rather not have to check when the money will be taken out and just have one day in mind if possible.

@Hermanson Because it is a 90 days plan and not month to month, date will never be the same.

That's unfortunate...but I guess same rules don't apply to this type of plan.
