Waiting on a sim card

I ordered a sim card 2 weeks ago. according to public mobile it looks like it still hasn't shipped yet. There doesn't seem to be any customer service, and it looks like I can't get a refund? what can I do?

If you need a sim ASAP, Walmart and London Drugs carry sim cards for $10 + tax.

I'd recommend staying away from Walmart. When I asked for a PM SIM, the salesperson asked if I just wanted the SIM. I said yes, then she promptly told me (probably a not-so-white lie) that they were out of stock. Then added 'Just sold the last one'.

Nice try. Ordered online. We'll see how long it takes.
