    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got an account number and name from chatr.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I cannot not get to the step to enter the account number and name.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Everytime I click on the button&amp;nbsp;"Check Eligibility".       <description>&lt;P&gt;You probably need to call chatr and ask them for your account number.&amp;nbsp; And provide that and account name in order to complete the port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/58787"&gt;@justingiaolan&lt;/a&gt;, if you can't pass the eligibility check, I am thinking your line has expired.&amp;nbsp; The eligibility check is pretty much a check the phone number is residing in an active account.&amp;nbsp; There's not much that can go won't with a number check.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are a few select numbers that can not be ported.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I would message the mods again with your chatr info and ask them to try porting again.&amp;nbsp; And if they can't ask them for the reasons why.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
