Not receiving texts messages

Hello Public Mobile community,

I have beenhaving this problem for over a week were I can send texts but only recive them some of the time. Calling and data doesn't seem to be affected only text any sugestions on what might fix it? I have already tried airplain mode and restarting the phone.

Are you using Android? If you are, check your battery optimization settings. It may be turning your messaging app off when your phone goes idle
