Does anything else work (receiving calls, SMS, data)?

You'd probably be better off send the mods a direct message rather than just mentioning them.

Did you just port over ? What happens when you try to make a call? Does MMS work? Does SMS work? Can someone call you? Are you connected to the network? Have you pulled out your sim card and put back in? Have you tried anything to remedy the situation? If so what steps have you done?

Tried to restart, pull out and put the SIM back, not working.

Just stopped connecting to network.

Does it just not call or do you get an error message? If you ported over your number it may still be activated with your previous carrier. Happened to me with Bell. I ported my number over and texting worked immediatley but could not call or receive calls. Once I cancelled my old plan with Bell with the same number, I could then use the PM phone perfectly 🙂
