Not Receiving SMS

So, this has been happening for several weeks now. Anyways, I don't really get texts. I only get texts from like Google when logging in, or twitter to verify new location/device, etc. but anything from people, I never get texts at ALL. How do I fix this? Is it possible activating a new sim would fix this issue?

Hi @kutzki
You don't need to change your sim card.
Just try to do this
1.Open your text messaging application.
2. Go to settings
3. Tap on text message
4. Edit the service centre address by +16475800172.
5. Then save.
Then try to send message to your number from your own phone.
If doesn't resolve the issue then you have to contact a mod. Thanks.

Sorry to hear that you haven't been able to receive any texts, I can look into it!

To begin, can you please confirm if the sender receives an error message when trying to send the message? In either case, please send me your phone number via private message.
