      <description>&lt;P&gt;Walmat helped me to&amp;nbsp;port from Fido, but I only can make outgoing calls, can't receive calls and texts. Then I called Fido, they told me that my Fido account is not canceled yet. They said it should be the issue from porting. What should I do to fix this? thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How long ago did you port over?&amp;nbsp; Sometimes it takes a day or so for everything to be working properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the problem persists, you should contact the Moderator Team and have them look into the port.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would try restarting your phone to see if that works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other than that, I don't think there's anything left to do but wait for the Moderator Team to respond.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It can take time on your first port over and there can be weird issues for a short period of time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue continues you may have a partially completed port but most often ports just take a bit longer.
