Is your phone not compatible with the network? Whats not working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you just ported, it takes some time, every hour or so remove your battery / restart your phone. It can take time on your first port over and there can be weird issues for a short period of time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue continues you may have a partially completed port but most often ports just take a bit longer.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/48168"&gt;@chrisc41&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;since you just gave me a bravo for this this morning (14 months later, lol), I though I should reply and mention that Public Mobile's compatibility checker has been revamped and is more accurate now, though it is still missing a number of models.&amp;nbsp; It's worth trying their checker first, and if you can't find your model, try willmyphonework.net or do a manual verification of the network specs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
