Data not working, Iphone 6

Hi. I've read through a few threads that appear similar but still can't get it to work. My daughter's phone has a plan of 500MB of data a month but I can't get the data to work. The wifi works fine, as does texting and picture texting while connected to cellular.

I have tried installing the profile for the APN by going to the unlockit.co.nz site but still only see "Personal Hotspot" under the cellular data options. The APN is set to isp.mb.com but I can't find a way to get the additional options (MMS, etc.) to show up.

Can you please advise how to get the data to work, or how to have the various APN options available? This phone was previously used at telus with data and had no issues.

Set up APN using https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile/apple-iphone-6
