      <title>Changed plan but the data, texting or calling does not work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had my plan changed manually yesterday by a moderator. It shows on my account the plan is active but the data, texting or calling does not work. I tried restarting my phone and checked that data roaming is on. Any ideas what could be wrong?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
