      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is Samsung&amp;nbsp;galaxy&amp;nbsp;mini S4. The previous&amp;nbsp;provider to this phone was Rogers and it has been unlocked now and after putting the SIM card, I tried it last night to call a few numbers and it worked all right but this morning hasn't been good and it is still the same, the sign for data connection comes and goes every second.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could it be that the sim reader in the phone is defective or there is a problem with the sim card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was the phone ever dropped or exposed to liquids?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had the regular s4 (not mini) and Note 2 where both phones suffered a failure of the sim card reader. I replaced the reader with a cheap replacement from eBay and everything was fine after replacement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
