    <description>&lt;P&gt;I prefer self serve. Chtr network doesn’t have the best reception, SIM cards don’t always read no matter what kind of phone. The self serve was an awful experience. Towards the final steps of creating my account/payingmychosenplan/portingmy# the whole page reset and signed me out. For &amp;nbsp;the first 2 weeks I couldn’t access my account online, it gave me a random phone # and the opposite plan I chose.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to be able to sign into my account adjust my account accordingly when needed and not wait days to accomplish what should take 2mins of my time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The “email” that is suppose to be sent with&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;The link to change password in self-serve option &lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is taking an excessive amount of hours to be delivered.. unable to access account at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and when it finally shows up the link is expired and still locked out of account..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is frustrating as hell.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or coming here during the sign up was awful? It's not clear in your post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The password reset has been disfunctional here for many months if not a year or so (before my time). So for that you need moderator assistance. Once you have it...DON'T FORGET IT! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are other instances where you need their assistance too but you can cross that bridge when you get there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome to Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
