Account disabled sim not valid

Pls help. Account was disabled cause was out of the country for several months. Trying to reactivate sim by registering new account but says sim # not valid @CS_Agent

How long were you out of country? If your plan was inactive for 3 months, then your account is closed and your SIM card is invalid. You will need to open a new account with new SIM card and phone number.

After 90 days of suspension (= no active service on the account) your account is deleted, you loose your number and your SIM card becomes garbage.

You have to get a new SIM and do a brand new activation.

Cant get a new sim right now. Im trying to set it up for boyfriend who just landed back in the country but we are 3 hours apart for now. Guess he will have to go with another company then.

The SIMs are available at Wal-Mart, WoW Wireless and London Drug stores.
