    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't get into my account - they told me to register to regulate the problem - but the confirm the passcode by text....and I can't get a text....I have no service! What next??? Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have signed up for autopay, and today is the due date for my payment, so I login and found this massage "&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="expiredUserMessage xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;Your account has been suspended.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="addFundMessage xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;Make a payment to reactivate your current plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;Suspended accounts are deactivated after 90 days if payment is not received. You will lose your phone number and service."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;Is this normal? can my account bes suspended with autopay?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;What should I do next?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/16211"&gt;@JCN&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Yes this is normal.&amp;nbsp; Mine did exactly the same thing 2 days ago.&amp;nbsp; If you login to selfserve and hit the rewards tab in the overview page it probably has tomorrow as the due date.&amp;nbsp; Your payment will be taken soon and when you are up tomorrow all should be normal.&amp;nbsp; Did you notice if your data totals had reset?&amp;nbsp; But don't worry it will all be good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah its normal, mines had the same problem yesterday and when i check this morning it wasn't suspended anymore.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It never really was suspended you would have had serice the whole time.&amp;nbsp; Known glitch but one that should be fixed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am going to be the bad guy and deliver the same message that probably nobody wants to hear. &amp;nbsp;If you are on auto pay, there's nothing worth seeing in the account at renewal time. &amp;nbsp;Avoid the temptation, just let auto pay do its thing. &amp;nbsp;After the payment day passes, the bill will be paid as one should expect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
