      <title>No Service - Samsung Galaxy S6</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been with Public Mobile for about a month, and recently got my phone changed to a samsung Galaxy S6. For the first couple of days the SIM Card worked fine with the Galaxy S6, but now I am unable to get service. i tried to connect o the Nework Operator and it will connect for about a minute, and then disconnects once more. I have the service bars, but still cannot use my mobile data or texting or calling. I have tried resetting the phone with and without the SIM card and tred turning on and off the airplane mode but nothing seems to fix it. I have tried the SIM card in other phones an iPhone 5 and Sony Xperia and the SIM cared worked fine in them. I dont know what the problem is. It is not incompatible because it was just working. Have you checked to see if your phone IMEI was reported as lost or stolen?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes when you just get a phone 2nd hand someone sells it, then reports it as stolen for insurance money or a free phone replacement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next I would back up all my info on the phone and do a factory reset. Always good to start with a clean phone.&amp;nbsp; If it still doesn't work after a factory software reset it is extremely likely you have a hardware issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
