    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just signed up with PM. First phone worked fine no problems. Second phone is giving the error:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;"we are experiencing difficult processing this request...."&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steps taken:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- activated the SIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- selected new number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- tested it worked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- loged into the portal&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-tried to port my number from TELUS, web site was slow and hung up twice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Third try it gave the error message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help moderator&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9663"&gt;@Shazia_K&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After a few reboots and test the phone is working using the ported number...sorry to panic : )&lt;/P&gt;</description>
