After doing so, you will be provided with the exact APNs required for your phone on our network.

According to website, you will might need to do a factory reset:

If you have an LG phone and you still aren’t able to use your data after all of this, we suggest doing a factory reset of your phone.

If network reset does not work then factory reset is needed . From what I remember the factory resets we're needed more often than not with lgs. Ofcourse do every other option first.
