      <description>Hi, can you please put your sim card in another unlocked phone if possible.&lt;BR /&gt;It can give you an idea about which is causing the problem? If the sim card work on a different phone then the phone you have right now causing the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;If the sim is faulty then it's not going to work on the second phone. In that case you need to order a new sim. Please let us know the update. Thanks.</description>
