      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm trying to call a local , Ontario phone number after I paid my plan, but a voice tell me that I have to pay an add-on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a 25$ plan for unlimited ON calls and text, it's paid to Oct, &amp;nbsp;my phone status shows that I am registered in network, but I &amp;nbsp;can't make phone calls.
