      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just reviewed my payments from the last 18 months and noticed that my refer a friend reward has not been applied at all. I have a 90 day payment cycle.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I do ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're sure that your friend has not left Public Mobile, then you should contact a moderator by private message and give them your account phone number, and the phone number of the friend you referred.&amp;nbsp; They can fix it up for you going forward, but I'm not sure they would be able to give you 18 months of past rewards retroactively though.&amp;nbsp; On a 90-day cycle, the referral reward should be $6 per cycle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to contact moderators:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Contacting-our-Community-Moderators/ta-p/76452" target="_blank"&gt;http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Contacting-our-Community-Moderators/ta-p/76452&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
