    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/58057"&gt;@karinebba&lt;/a&gt;, try inserting a 1 in front of the 10 digit number.&amp;nbsp; Also, is this the first time this is happening with a particular area code?&amp;nbsp; There are instances where account provisioning problems prevent the area codes from being properly assigned against the calling feature in an account.&amp;nbsp; If this turns out to the be the problem, then moderator team assistance is needed to refresh the account.&amp;nbsp; Try adding 1 first and see if it helps to resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;$10 Plan 50 Minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1min and 12 seconds used.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The number is local and if it wasn't it is Canada Wide Calling included in the plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Have you checked your account to see if you have used up your minutes recently? Sometimes it takes a bit to update your usage.That plan only has 50 mintes and then it will stop allowing calls until you either add a calling addon or you start a new 30 day cycle.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
