      <title>Unable to renew plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to change my plan from the 90-day to 30-day month to month. The plan I require is the following: 30-day pass, unlimited provincial talk, unlimited text, 2gb data. Total showing is $50 +tax. I topped up the auto-filled amount and have a balance of $50 but when I try to change the plan I continue to receive the message "&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry! We weren't able to process your request. Please try again later."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please let me know what you require from me to change my plan. Hope this can be done as quickly as possible as I require the use of my phone. Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
