      <title>Require SIM Network PUK from Moderator</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account was activated 2 days ago but my SIM is locked and need the Network PUK. Anything else I can do to get a response? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mid reply time is currently 48 hours.&amp;nbsp; Nothing you can do but wait.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Do not send any more messages you reset your spot I the queue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you saying your sim is locked&amp;nbsp; or that your phone is locked?&amp;nbsp; If the second your orriginal provider has to give you the phone unlock code.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried the sim in a Telus/ Koodo or other unlocked phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought the new SIM 2 days ago. Should I buy another one again? I will if I have to in order to get it to work. Will Public reimburse for one of the SIMs? I still have my receipt.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
