    <description>&lt;P&gt;i purchased &amp;nbsp;2 payment vouchers at shoppers drug mart none of which work. my acc was deactivated . i have tried both selfserve &amp;amp;611 and nothing works. i have until november before i can lose my phone number, what seems to the issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you give the vouchers time to activate? Sometimes they can take a while.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It doesnt even let me go that far, this is what i keep getting;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;unfortunately, voucher #xxxxxxxxxxxx could not be added, please verify the voucher and try again, the same thing with self serve.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="error-message-container track-ga-error"&gt;I even went back to shoppers drug mart and they said the vouchers were activated from their end.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
