      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve just started useing public and never been able to sign in my account is locked out. Not a good first impression trying to get this changed the place I purchased my public filled in information and just gave it to me. How do I reset everything to be able to sign in useing my email and personal phone number. I’m seriously thinking of going back to provider I cam from. No idea how to communicate to you folks. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/57564"&gt;@Mudde&lt;/a&gt;, Do you already have a slef serve account, and need to get a password reset?&amp;nbsp; Or, did you sign up at a retail location?&amp;nbsp; If it was a retail location, you need to set up your self serve portal account by going to &lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/" target="_self"&gt;this page &lt;/A&gt;and clicking on Create Account.&amp;nbsp; From there you should be able to get all set up.&amp;nbsp; If this is not your situation, please provide some additional details.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
