      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to port my Bell number to public mobile. The self serve worked the other day when I was on my phone, but now after I enter my number to check its eligibility, another screen loads saying generic error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else havng issues or encountering this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
