password parameters

What are the password parameters for accounts. I cant get into my account and the reset password doesnt work. But i think i can figure out what my password was if i know what the parameters are.

@Tolerantwife, the password reset feature is broken. You need to contact the moderator team for password reset. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. Please include in the private message account number and PIN code. Refer to the following knowledge base link for additional information on contacting the moderator team.

Im asking what the password parameters are not how to reset the password. I know the feature is broken.

From my change password page:

Set up a password that is easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess. Try a combination of numbers, symbols and both upper and lower case letters.

It must contain a minimum of 6 characters, including at least one digit.
No spaces are allowed.
It cannot be similar to your username, email or security question/answer.
Difficult to guess (e.g. NOT "123456")
