      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, this is the first time i tried activating my sim for my sister. After upon entering all the info (name, address, referall of the person, and secruity question i got an error and the webpage timed out.) I tried again but it is currently reserved, and when putting on a new sim card it says that my SIM has no service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Problem: Error processing activating sim card for the first time. (Did not choose a plan or processed a payment yet&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
