      <title>Generic error on self serve</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After I sign up my self serve I got the error message when tap on the "plans and add ons"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Generic Error&lt;BR /&gt;Oh no!&lt;BR /&gt;It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The other 3 tabs overview, my profile and payment can be accesses without any problem. Does someone can confirm if the specified tab on self serve is down now?&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to logout and login again...same issue.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I myself was actually never able to access to that tab specifically since I joined PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I always get around it by cliking on my rewards on the main page and that will take me to that page, But never directly. I though since it is not really a priority and I have a workaround it It wouldn't matter but it seems like I wasnt the only one/&lt;/P&gt;</description>
