Hi I have a few months with pm but now I need to talk with someone but I can't imagine need some help please how a can talk with costumer service

You need to message a moderator. However in the forum we tend to help the moderators by trouble shooting the issue to see if it can be solved by the user before referring to PM customer support. We help eachother out as much as possible 🙂

@Mary_M she will respond when she becomes available she is a currently online moderator. It may be a good idea to click on tag and message her about the issue.

Customer service is done online. If there's something you can't search out in the forum, just ask. Someone knowledgeable will weigh in with a solution. If your problem requires higher level intervention into the account, send a private message to a moderator.

Why not ask the question in the forum and tag a mod at the same time? That usually helps get the core info needed into the mix so that mods can then more easily solve the problem.

@Jonathanvillaas stated the customer service is done through this online community which is awwesome or by private message to a Moderator. One thing that wasn't mentioned just to clear it up is that there is no phone call centre or speaking to a customer service rep. In the future if ever needed please post and the members here always do their best to help out and if not will get you in contact with a mod
