    <description>No. It's someone else's phone that I'm trying to set up. The phone used to be under my Telus account and now I am putting them on there own pm account. The problem must be that their email is different then mine. I'll just message a mod and get them to do it. Hope it doesn't take 14 like when it didn't work for mine. That is for your help.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently activated my PM sim card.&amp;nbsp; Its been about a week since I've done it.&amp;nbsp; I put it in my phone and all works well with the number they gave me.&amp;nbsp; I would live to port my old telus number.&amp;nbsp; I've gone to change my number, inserted all of the information that they require and it immediately sends me a message that it cannot port it.&amp;nbsp; Please help if you can or do I have to get a&amp;nbsp;moderator to do it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9663"&gt;@Shazia_K&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/21998"&gt;@therese38&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; when you set up your account did you use the same email as your Telus account?&amp;nbsp; Does it say your number is not available for porting or a different message?&amp;nbsp; You could try again and check the Authorized Person to port box first then provide your old Telus account number and make sure all information is the same as it appears on your Telus bill&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
